Tell us about the unit and the tests you need. We send a quotation. Your TRF number comes when you accept it.
Pick one — the right tests show below.
Pick each test you need and click Add. The standard from DSRI's scope fills in next to it, and you can edit that text.

Where should we measure?
Our engineers measure at your site, and the results come to you as a DSRI engineering report.
What do you want measured? *
Tick what you need. Not sure? Tick your best guess and we will confirm it with you before we quote.
Any other measurement you need (optional)
Name the measurement, and its standard if you have one. Your limits go in "Your limits" below, not here.
Where and when
A rough date is fine. We use it to plan the visit, and we will confirm it with you.
About the machine
A photo of the nameplate is enough. Our engineer will ask for anything else.
Your limits
Only if you have limits to meet. We compare the readings with them in the report. Not sure? Leave this and we will ask you.
Your drawings
A general-arrangement or layout drawing of the machine helps us plan where to put the sensors. You can send it later.
You send us the unit and we test it in our laboratory.
EMI-EMC Test Request Form — DSRI/F/68. Tick each test you need; its standard, level/limit and remarks appear when selected.
Outsourced (RE 102, RS 103, RS 06): Tests marked outsourced are carried out and reported by an external NABL / ISO/IEC 17025-accredited laboratory under subcontract; DSRI coordinates the work. They are outside DSRI's own scope of accreditation, so they are reported on that laboratory's report, not on DSRI's.
Decision rule cases — Case A: Conformance · Case B: Conditional conformance · Case C: Conditional non-conformance · Case D: Non-conformance. The measurement result is compared to the upper/lower limit together with the expanded uncertainty range to assign one of these cases.
If a conformity statement is required, please specify:
Attach a General Arrangement (GA) drawing of the unit, if available — PDF, PNG, JPG, DWG, or DXF, up to 15 MB.
Tell us if an inspector will witness the test, so we can plan the date with them.
By typing your name above you confirm the details in this enquiry are accurate. DSRI's terms and conditions for laboratory testing apply to the work once a quotation is accepted.
